This is a quick update to say that while many US and ROW orders have been shipped we are still waiting on the tracking list.
Seems there was some confusion from the Pick&Pack team with the export-information from BackerKit around those who had ordered both colours individually and those who had ordered 2x Balance Bars as the "duo" set as it appeared as a duplicated SKU.
That issue should have been identified earlier but has since been rectified and shipping continues. Reformatting of the export data for tracking will happen as soon as the full list has been sent.

It has been great to get messages from those of you to have already received your Balance Bars!
This is a very quick update for our North American backers to say that the stock has FINALLY arrived and been checked in by our fulfilment partner. We are waiting on a confirmed final inventory list from them, but will get shipping started next week!

When you last heard from us, all of your Balance Bars were nearing completion. Production finished smoothly, the packaging boxes arrived on time and all of our stock was sent to the warehouse.
Due to the incredibly high air freight prices - especially for something as dense as Balance Bar - we decided to put them on a ‘fast sea’ shipping route. After exporting all of your data and understanding how many units are needed to go to each location, we authorised the US and EU (inc UK) shipments to be loaded on a boat and sent out asap.
This service was supposed to be 25 days, but having spoken to the warehouse team it seems the boat sat in port for nearly 3 weeks while it was slowly being filled. This was not something we were aware could happen, but apparently at this time of year it does.
Long story short - the tracking on sea shipping only goes live when it reaches the port at the other end. UPS are waiting to receive the US orders and that is due to happen mid-august. The UK shipment however has arrived with us TODAY - hence why this update is coming now, we have something concrete to share.
UK orders are going to be bagged and labelled today, ready to be collected tomorrow so they can begin their final journey to you. We have instructed the ROW orders to be sent also so many of you will be receiving your Balance Bar this month!
We can only apologise for the radio silence, we’re at the mercy of global transportation at the moment and it’s a depressing lack of control!
When your Balance Bars arrive, we would absolutely love to hear from you. Send over your thoughts and photos and we’ll get them posted in this projects final update!
